I was called to bid on the refinishing of the wood flooring. A beautiful, clean grade of oak. The house was to be put up for sale. During our conversation, I mentioned I could refinish the deck as well. Turns out they were ready for the deck work.
Goal: Perform the work during a warm weather stretch, sand the deck surface, dismantle all railings and glass, power plane and sand to uncover new wood, readjust to compensate for any rot, add sealer and put back together
